Our services are not a substitute for emergency medical care. If you are experiencing a medical emergency, please call 911 or go to your nearest emergency room immediately. The information provided on our website is for general informational purposes and does not constitute medical advice.

4. Appointments and Cancellation Policy

Appointments are booked through Jane App or by contacting our clinic directly. We require a minimum of 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Late cancellations or missed appointments may be subject to a cancellation fee. Specific fee amounts are communicated at the time of booking.

5. Insurance and Payment

Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise arranged. We offer direct billing for many insurance plans; however, it is your responsibility to verify your coverage and benefits with your insurance provider. We are not responsible for claims denied by your insurer.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Apex Performance & Health, its practitioners, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of our website or services. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
